Shipping Policy

Every Static Bloom order is printed when you place it. No warehouse, no inventory, no sizes selling out — but it does mean shipping
takes a little longer than the Amazon-pace world has trained us to expect. We'd rather tell you that up front than dress it up.

### Processing time

Orders enter production within 1–3 business days of being placed. Production itself takes 2–5 business days depending on the item and
our printer's queue.

### Shipping time (after production)

Once an order ships, you'll get a tracking link by email. Expected delivery windows:

- United States: 3–5 business days
- Canada / Mexico: 5–10 business days
- Europe / UK: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days

Total time from order to doorstep, all in: typically 5–10 business days for US orders, 10–20 for international.

### Shipping costs

Shown at checkout, calculated by destination and order weight. We don't mark them up — what you pay is what carriers charge us.

### Where we ship

Most of the world. A short list of regions we currently can't reach (mostly due to printer/carrier limitations): we'll show you at
checkout if your country is one of them. If you're in a gray-area location and want to know before ordering, email us.

### Customs and import duties (international orders)

International orders may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by your country at delivery. These are not
included in our checkout total — they're collected by your local customs authority, not by us. We can't predict or refund them.

### Lost or stuck packages

If tracking shows your package hasn't moved in 10+ business days, email us — we'll work with the carrier and either re-ship or refund.
We don't make you fight the post office alone.

### Wrong address?

If you realize you typed the wrong shipping address, email us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll try to catch it before
production starts. After production begins, we can't change the destination.
